🎓 The Agentic Pipeline Blueprint is Live
Hey everyone,
A few weeks ago, I teased GammaVibe Academy. I've been working on it since, and the first piece is ready — a free blueprint to get you started.
The Agentic Pipeline Blueprint
I've packaged everything you need to start building an autonomous research pipeline like the one that powers this newsletter:
- Architecture diagram — 8 steps from news ingestion to finished output
- Tech stack breakdown — what I use and why (course stack vs. production)
- Starter files — CLAUDE.md, README, and environment template
- Your first prompts — to build an AI-powered pipeline step in one session
This isn't a slide deck. It's a working starting point.
The Course: The Agentic Pipeline
The blueprint gets you started. The course teaches you the craft.
The Agentic Pipeline is a hands-on course for senior engineers and independent builders. You'll build a complete autonomous analyst from scratch, using Claude Code (or your agentic tool of choice) to accelerate the work.
This isn't tutorial hell. We're practicing what Andrej Karpathy calls "agentic engineering" — orchestrating AI agents that write most of the code, but with a skilled engineering mindset. You stay in control: structured oversight, intentional architecture, production-grade patterns.
You'll learn:
- How to architect AI pipelines that are resumable and debuggable
- Prompt engineering for structured, reliable outputs
- Vector similarity search for content diversity
- The judgment calls that separate working code from production systems
You bring curiosity and critical thinking. You leave with a working system and transferable skills.
The Waitlist
When you download the blueprint, you're automatically on the waitlist for the course. I'll share more details as the launch gets closer — and early buyers will get a discount.

If you're working through the blueprint (or just want to connect with other builders exploring this space), the Discord is open. It's still early days, so you have a chance to help shape what it becomes.
See you there,
