The Agentic Pipeline course is now free on YouTube
Here's the short version: my course, The Agentic Pipeline, is now free. All 44 lessons are public on YouTube, and everything you need to build along with it (starter files, the reference implementation, diagrams, current model recommendations) lives in the public course repo.
Why free? I launched it as a paid course, and it didn't sell. The content holds up, and I'd rather see it get used than sit behind a paywall while it slowly goes stale.
There's a longer story behind that decision, about why I built the course in the first place and the signals I misread along the way. I'm writing it up now, and it will be the next Lab Update, in the spirit of building in public.
